The Best Egg Sandwich

Yesterday, I visited Lou Mitchell's. I came back again today.

There are two reasons why I came two days in a row.

The first reason is that the egg sandwich the person next to me at the counter was eating yesterday looked so delicious.

The second reason is that I posted on Facebook saying the marmalade here is delicious, and someone asked me to bring it back as a souvenir.

As I mentioned in yesterday's article, the shop is located along the original Route 66.

It closes at 3 PM, so I managed to ask them to let me in just before closing time. Made it just in time.

First, the egg sandwich.

A perfect harmony of ham, cheese, and fried egg. Delicious!!

Also purchased additional marmalade.
